  1. Start Act!
  2. Click on File -> Data Exchange -> Export
  3. A wizzard will appear. Choose "Text - Delimited" as the file type.
  4. Click on the "..." button to choose a file name and location for the exported contacts. In the save as box type in a name for the file (ex. "my_contacts.csv") and select "Text - Delimited (*.csv)" in the box labeled "Save as type:"
  5. Click on the "Next" button.
  6. Select the "Contact records only" option under the "What kind of records do you want to export?" question.
  7. Click on "Options" and select "Comma" as the field separator. Click "Next"
  8. Choose the contact group you would like to export.
  9. Click on "Finish"
[X] Close
  1. Start Outlook
  2. Click on File -> Import and Export
  3. A wizard will appear. Select "Export to a file" and then clikc on the "Next" button.
  4. Select your contacts folder and click on the "Next" button.
  5. Click on the "Browse" button to select a location to save your contacts, then click on the "Next" button.
  6. Click on the "Next" button to export the contacts to your designated location.

  1. Start Outlook Express
  2. Click on the address book icon.
  3. Click on File -> Export -> Other Address Book
  4. Choose "Text File (comma separated values)" and click "Export"
  5. Click "Browse..."
  6. Select a folder for the file and provide a file name for the exported contacts list.
  7. Click "Next"
  8. Verify that the box next to "E-mail Address" is clicked.
  9. Click "Finish"

  1. Start Palm Desktop
  2. Click on the "Addresses" icon on the left side of the screen.
  3. Click on File -> Export
  4. Choose the folder where you would like for the file to be placed and type in a name for the file. Choose "Comma Separated" as the "Export Type." Select the "All" radio button for the "Range" field.
  5. When asked for which fields to export, make sure all the checkboxes are checked then click on "Ok"

  1. Start Address Book
  2. Click on "All" under the Group heading.
  3. Click on File -> Export Group vCard
  4. Select a name and location for the file.
[X] Close
  1. Login to gMail
  2. Click on "Contacts" in the left menu on the left hand side.
  3. Click on Export
  4. Choose "vCard Format" and click on "Export"
  5. Choose a location for the file and save it on your computer.
[X] Close
  1. Login to your Yahoo mail account.
  2. Click on "Contacts" tab at the top of the window.
  3. Click on "Import/Export" at the top right side of the window.
  4. Scroll al the way down and click on the "Export Now" button located next to the "vCard Single File" label.
  5. Choose a location for the file and save it on your computer.
